[HELP] Weird noises

My PC is making weird noises...like as if a fan isn't working properly. And when I opened it up to check, it seemed as if the noise is coming from the processor..but the fan is working fine o_O This happened in the morning at first, I changed the RAM slots then and it stopped making the noises. But I tried that now and it isn't working :\
The temps and all seem fine though. Could it be the power supply? :\​

I cleaned it with blower hoping that any dust caught up in the fans would go away, but still no good :L

Yes, that can be your psu too, remove your side panel and check for any noises!
Download prime95 or some stress testing software and check if your fans speed increase on 100% load which might be the culprit!
Or download Speedfan and manually increase fans speed to 100%
Otherwise observe it with your side panel removed!

I have the side panel removed and as far as I can tell, the sound is coming from the processor....but I'm pretty much of a noob at this stuff >_>

But I didn't get the fan speed part? It makes noises when it's too high?

Yes this happens because of your motherboard's automatic fan tuning!
Increases the fans speed on full load and decreases them when Idle, its much of a power management/saving feature!

and btw, while doing the stress-test...can I do other stuff too? Like browsing the internet..mostly facebook nothing much >_>

its actually very easy... u will never learn unless u try so... Look at some utube videos on removing heatsink.. and reseating it... but I WOULD not advise that becoz that would disrupt the thermal paste.. Try to find out any interference on any of fans in ur case.... if dats not the case then just leave it....

Well, I thought I'd try something. I held my finger between the cpu fan blades to see if it ACTUALLY is the fan causing the problem. But when the fans stopped, the noise still didnt...so I tried the same with the GPU fan..and surprisingly..the noise stopped as the GPU fan stopped too o_O
What could this mean? The gpu is over heating?

You can't get a GPU changed. But what you can do is, blow air in its fan and see if that helps. The last option for u is to change the GPU fan, but that isn't easy to do as finding the same fan of the same GPU model is highly unlikely.

This noise is because of ur gpu fan

Clean the fan and use grease and lubricant...it will be good as new....

Might be!
Try some GPU monitoring utilities like Speedfan, GPU-Z, HWMonitor and check for GPU Temps!
Or post a GPU-Z Sensors tab snap!!

Clean the Heat Sink of GPU .. That Might be Causing the Noise..

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
