Help on International Order

Hi guys, I ordered a shirt and a keychain from a website called J!NX. I submitted the order on 7 july and they give me a tracking order which said that it departed the USA on 10 july and was expected to reach me between 18 and 24 july. Well, it's now 31st July and I still haven't received my order. I don't know whether I should contact my post office or the customs office. If anyone can give me some advice on what I should do, I'd really appreciate it.

have you checked the tracking? what does it say?
also how much did shipping cost you?

Shipping cost 9.8$ and the tracking says that it departed from the USA on the 10th July and was expected on or about 17 July.

Sometimes postals get delayed, and a expected one can even turn up in 2 months. Wait up

Well, I talked to a few people and they also keep saying to just wait and see. Thanks for the input.
