Help needed in building R/C airplane

As you all know I come and disappear in this forum, I'm technically batman. Anywayysss

I'm interested in the rc hobby but cannot find any people from Karachi that are interested in this expensive culture, If anyone here who is from Karachi can you please pm me? I just started planned to build one and after doing some research I found out I can build one myself, the required material was foamboard and after going to water pump, memon foundation and places like that I couldn't find it, anyone knows where I can find it?

There used to be a forum called rcpak for rc enthusiasts in Pakistan. I don't know if it is still active but just Google it and you may find the info you are looking for. Also there was an rc flying shop on tariq road where all the Kurta shops are. I don't remember the name but they may the stuff you are looking for.

Are you sure there is one on tariq road? Can't I find it in some local arts and crafts shop haha?

I have been out of karachi for a couple of years so I don't know if the shop is still there. You can try the 'jumbolon' foam that is used for roof insulation. A lot of people use that for rc planes and you can get it from hardware stores.

Then it's probably closed by now [emoji14] I'll try that "jumbolon" thing if I can find it near me in hardware shops, thanks!

Well haven't gotten them yet since I need to make the frame first then finding out the weight of it then figuring out how much power it needs xD
But I plan to order them from allrc.pk since hobby lobby is waay too far from where I live
