guys my lg g2 d802 bricked after receiving ota update. no download mode no fastboot just stuck on lg logo.

It's not bricked, just in a boot loop. do visit this forum. They have ton of tutorials for all sorts of problems. http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development-d802
If the phone is rooted, did you install a custom recovery? because default recovery will only allow to reset or reboot.
To go into recovery you need the IOroot package [ROOT] Root your G2 [ATT|VZW|TMO|KT|RGS|BELL… | LG G2 | XDA Forums and use 'adb reboot recovery' command. Provided you had usb debugging enabled.
Otherwise if nothing works, you'll have to manually install the default firmware.
Also try keeping power button pressed, it'll try to reboot. And try hard reset but your data will be wiped.
