it to hard to tell like this but the 12v rail is on the down side.
the gpu is not getting sufficient power.
and the cpu is getting to hot.
whats with the fan...at 897..rpm..
u must be kidding.
it should be near 1500 to 1700..
so check the cpu...as well it might not be ur card...

Take one of these steps to diagnose this issue:

1.Borrow a decent psu from someone to check your pc so if the graphic cards works on that psu then it will assure you that your psu is the culprit, if the same problem presist then your graphic card is faulty.

OR

2.Take out your graphic card and check it in any of your mate's pc which has a decent psu installed (the conclusion will be the same as the step 1)

Mobo temp is okay .. nothing will happen to your mobo.

And we cannot help you unless you provide us the necessary information which everyone is asking about!

PLz guys refrain from giving wrong advises to a person who knows..nothing..
how can u say striker that 80 C is normal temp for mobo..
plz bro u must be kidding okay.
the mobo temps should not exceed more then 50 C..
so its better u guys give some appropriate advise to the guy..
1st check with another PSU and then check the modo on the other psu as well and then get back..
secondly for the card...increase the fan speed and try to lower the clock speeds by using a good gpu tool..
and see if it makes any difference...!!!!

80*C mobo temps are NOT OK at all.!
the mobo wud die if it reaches its tjmax!
As for OP, try checking your system with another psu :)
In speedfan increase all the fan speeds and see if the temps lower!

You can ask your friends and borrow their psu for a while.
are you using speedfan to monitor temps and fan speeds?

Increase the cpu fan speed from the bios, increase the gpu fan speed by using software such as msi afterburner etc.
