[HELP] Fps drop issue Need help

My specs:
core i5-2400 3.1 Ghz
Msi Gtx 970 4gb
8gb Ram

I am suffering from fps drop issue in almost all the games it also persists when i turn my settings to low.
Help would be appreciated.

which operating system you're using??
did you install the latest drivers of your gpu??
make it sure that your pc is clean from viruses

First analysis should be your OS. MIght be due to pirated copy as well. Do a fresh install of windows and check to confirm its hardware or software issue

bro i think its ur i5 2400 whats bottle necking ur gpu..
IT Could be the case..
there are chances..
what resolution are u playing games on....???
and what psu u have..
kindly tell us complete specs so that we can help u better...!!!
