Has PTA banned iCloud/Apple services in Pakistan?

They are not working since 3 days. Services like iCloud, Find my iPhone, Apple account signing in/out etc are inaccessible in Pakistan. However, they can be accessed via VPN. According to Apple there is no issue on their end. Many from Pakistan have posted on Twitter with same issue. Has PTA banned these services or what? If so then on what basis?

yeah it was not working for 2 days now its working fine...it would be a shame if PTA is thinking about blocking this too

Thanks guys! It seems to be working now, I hope they don’t restrict core functions of iOS devices in future here.
