Still there is a fair amount of chance for the settlement if you buy something from premium members, once i bought a pc and it was DOA and they guy was in lahore he asked me to send it back and then he replaced the mobo which was faulty.

They have picked up the phone from me on sat through leopard courier, will update the thread according, when they receive it and what they are going to do with it.

Update: they have received my note 3 today and saying it will take further 15 days to repair it and then they will shipped it back to me. So there is no such return policy on A stock either as they are not replacing it.
Its been 36 days and i haven't used my phone. So any one buying there used phone should insist on store pick up.

If you are in karachi. The way they have aggressively promoted their marketing advertisement. Even MNC have a budget. Just curious to know what and how much funds they have to go that far. A difficult question for me to understand their source of income.

Yup too many bill boards,even advertising it in newspapers. They do have some products really cheap than the market. Now they are going to launched some Chinese phones, in which so far cheezmall have failed as they didn't got the permission from PTA.
