Sorry but i have question? Those players who play GTA V ( Social ) and GTA V (Steam) can they play online together?

I believe yes, they can. Because ultimately whether you're playing from Steam or Social Club, the game launches from Rockstar's Social Club.

Shouldn't be a problem.
