Going CRAZY! Cant decide on an 23-24" LCD!!

Alright, I am finally getting a new LCD and I just cant decide. I have a lot of options within a budget of $200 it CAN be extended by $20 but I rather not.

My priorities are:

HD movies, Gaming, Surfing, Music, Photoshop, and other general use. The thing I am most concerned about is the quality of LCD/LED, I don’t want any dead pixels, screen flickering etc. And the colors need to be really good. And the response time should be good enough for some 360 + PC gaming.
I have shortlisted to a bunch of LCD/LED that fit my budget!

I would have suggested LED one cause i have seen the difference b/w LED and normal LCD and its worth spending but LG isnt good when we talk about LCDs. I would never go for it.

Acer, again not so good at LCDs.

SCEPTRE, never heard of it so cant say anything.

ASUS seems to be the good option but it looks bulky.

Dell ST2410, best option so far. Dell is popular for its LCDs.


I would prefer Dell but do search Samsung, they are best in business, a bit expensive though.

^ Yes, I have had 2 samsungs in the past, they are realy good (One died though after 3 years of use), but the good samsungs like PX2370 etc are at $260+ and I cant go that far...the other samsungs (Cheaper ones) in the 23-24" dont give good movie performance. Personally, I like the LG in terms of features and price, but I dont trust the brand...

I think you should spend extra and get PX2370, LCD is a one time investment and should be done wisely.
