I need an android phone in budget of 20k to 25k , I dont mind used or new .

Requirments:
Atleast Screen 4.3 inch
Dual Core Processor
Upgradeable to Jelly Bean ( optional )
Good Battery Backup ( At Moderate Level , 24 hours atleast )
Brand : HTC , Samsung , Sony ( Not Preferrable )
Resale value of Phone.

Galaxy S II. Can be upgraded to 4.1.2 (official) though you would have problems if you're going to try CM 10 or 10.1 because of the missing HW Composer and other stuff. But this is with the internation version only (i9100)

Get the galaxy nexus. Used would cost u just around 25k. Or increase ur budget to abt 27k and get a used htc sensation XL . the screen size is impressive

Galaxy S II - If you don't mind oldness then it's great, don't turn away because the screen is 217ppi (it's an sRGB screen with a full set of subpixels) and it's really good. It has official JB (4.1.2) and a 4.3" screen. It's a 1.2GHz Dual-Core so I guess it fulfills your requirements.

Another option would be the Galaxy Nexus (depending on your bargaining skills). It has a 1.2GHz Dual-Core as well and a 4.65" 720p HD screen. Also has official JB (well DUH! It's a Nexus device). And you might find one in decent condition.

NOTE: Stay away from Korean Models. Make sure there is no 'Anycall' logo on the back and the model number for S II should be GT-I9100 and for Galaxy Nexus only get the GT-I9250 and nothing else.

Sensation XL uses a single core processor and has no card slot. Has a huge screen, but doesn't look good.

This is surprising for S II, and I guess it's pretty simple now. You should definitely go for S II.

If u want a good built phone then i think xperia p is good for u.
Htc amaze is another good choice.

If you're choosing b/w S II and Amaze 4G. My vote goes to S II. I own one myself, but it's the T-Mobile variant. You'd love the screen, and please, no Amaze 4G. Questionable battery life, the phone uses a S-LCD, and is still stuck on 4.0.4, whereas S II is running 4.1.2 and will soon get official 4.2.2, plus the massive dev support.
