Perez has alot of financial backing and influence which he tries to use in order to remain in his position, not to mention he is IIRC part owner of a major sports publication in Spain basically having his personal propaganda machine. But I'm not complaining, I'm happy with him as a Barca fan

To be honest Perez should have kept Benitez till the end of the season at least.
Zidane might work, and might not but honestly sacking Ancelotti was such an idiotic move.

summer plus they can't get the same 1 window delay as Barca since CAS gives a 4 month appeal period which would end before the summer. So, Madrid has to shore up in this winter window
