I have been looking to make a gaming system in arnd the same price range and as far as I have asked arnd the processor is very rarely if ever a bottleneck in a gaming system. I would suggest
inter core i3 530 at 2.93GHz------------------------------- 10300
asus p7h55-v ----------------------------------------------- 9100
2 GB DDRIII ram kingston or corsair --------------------- 4600
Get an ati 4870 1GB or a 57701GB for future proofing ---- 15200 for 4870 and 16800 for 5770
Western Digital 500GB 32mb ----------------------------- 4200
cooler master 600 watts power supply ----------------- 5400

this totals to Rs 50400 with the ati 5770 and Rs 48800 with the ati 4870.

You can easily over clock the core i3 as the motherboard has native overclocking support. As far as I have researched about the processor It has a very low temperatures when overclocked to over 3.6GHz and you can overclock to arnd 4.0GHz with a decent cooling system.(get a few extra fans).

With the money left over you can get a very decent casing with a good number of bays and a good ventilation.

I am personally in favor of the more latest ati 5770. Although both the cards have a relatively similar performances on all current titles. Having Directx 11 support under the belt gives you an advantage for future gaming titles.
