again, you just asked a question and answered it yourself lol, i think i said this in another topic but here it is again, sure your copy of prince of persia WW for the PS2 won't be as clean looking as the PC version, but you'd still be getting it with the perfect gameplay mechanis, better controls and no lag popups or slowdowns.

The point i was making is the 360 is BC you can play the old games plus get new next-gen games so its better to get that right now rather than a last gen console.

last i remember you can't play pirated xbox games on 360's BC , so atleast that part's out of the question HERE.

And as for that, you can still get the console 2 years later and be able to play BC games, i mean its really not advised atleast for us pirating folks to buy consoles early on, atleast thats the strategy i'd recommend anyone and do so myself.

And your also forgetting that not everyone'd WANT to spend over 20k on a gaming console no matter how great it is, hence wait a few years, cheaper price, win win.
