AoA all,
I'm planning on buying a laptop from Czone, but first I want to know how their customer service is because previously I've always bought hardware from Galaxy. So some feedback would be appreciated. In specific I wanna know if they easily take products back in warranty or if they start coming up with lame excuses to make you pay for the repair.

Thanks in advance.

They are fine, bought a couple of things few years back.

Btw which laptop are you buying from czone? cause galaxy are giving up to Rs. 6,000 discount on some laptops.

Right, I'll take this as a green light to go ahead.

They are, but the fact that they only give a 90 day warranty on the battery shows that they're actually selling refurbished items (asked one of my relatives who sells laptops and he said it). Czone on the other hand is giving a full 1 year international company warranty on all items. And they've cut down on their prices recently as well (prolly to compete with Galaxy).

Just keep this in mind, International Warranty = You'll have to pay for shipping charges when the store sends it for RMA.

And that battery thing is news to me -__-

p.s though I don't know why czone is giving intl. warranty on those DELL laptops as DELL has local presence in Pakistan.

The model I'm buying they've imported from Dubai so only international warranty is applicable on it.
Yeah they said I'll have to cough up 3.5k to have it RMA'ed back -,-

*Rs.1000
That doesn't technically make it local warranty, it just means that Czone will cover the price of sending the product in RMA. It's actually just a clever way of making money because very few laptops genuinely break down in the first year due to factory defects and they end up profiting.

Had a lot of dealing with Galaxy, in the past few years. I would suggest you deal with czone. Galaxy isn't worth what it.

Note: I am not an agent from czone, btw.

Sharing my experience,I bought a flash drive corsair voyagar 16gb from CZ but the shipment got misplaced by the shitty courier OCS then i contacted CZ and tell them the story they said they will confirm and will

give me a call the next day i got a call from CZ they said yes the courier company lost the shipment and now they will give me my money back but i told them to send me another driver instead via reputable Courier service

and they send me a new Flash drive.

In short my first deal with an online store went good.
