So today I got Rise of TombRaider on my PC.
Currently running game at 1080P with everything maxed out except AA which is at SSA.
The game runs fine I guess... dipping between 40-60fps but I do have some quirks that I need to ask....
1 - Pixelated - I feel no matter what AA I chose, the game feels pixelated, especially looking at items in distance.
2 - No speech movement - apart from cutscenes, I don't see Lara moving her mouth or lips when talking. Same applies to other characters too.
3 - 3D is bad - pixelation is increased and performance drops like a stone. The older Tomb Raider worked like a charm in 3D.
It could be that I've been playing UC4 on the side but considering TR is on the PC, it should be more impressive but unfortunately it aint.
Even in non-3D the game performance suffers once SSA is turned on and it gets worse as SSA increases (x2 and x4).
What are your thoughts on the game - do you feel these issues as well?
