Facing problem in battlefield play4free :/

I downloaded the update of battlefield play4free but when i launch the game from official site i keep getting this error :/:

'Login failed

Please try again if problem presists close the game and login again'

I have tried launching many times but still getting same error :/.Help would be appreciated
