Which server you have selected? In my experience, it's always easier connecting to NA.

I meant which region you've selected in game settings, NA connects within 2 mins for me while EU can take upto 10 minutes. Also, I don't think these pings are accurate as there is no way one could get such good peering from PK to NA.
