I don't get that link its confusing. I just wanted to know what to do with the battery? I used my 100% battery (wifi) for 2:30 hours and it drained down to 42%

install the apk from this [APP][2.1+][29 Sept. - V1.11] BetterBatteryStats adds battery history back to Android - xda-developers. You can download the apk by scanning the QR code using google goggles.

Leave you mobile for overnight and take screenshots as shown in the figure.

Generally a dump "since unplugged" is better than "since charged". When you start your analysis make sure to follow following procedure:
- plug/unplug the charger
- leave the phone alone 1-4 hours
- save a dump and check that the chapters "Kernel wakelocks" and "alarms" (if you have root) are populated
- Post the dump as attachement

For best battery life buy a new 2000mAh official Samsung battery.

Just shifted to it, as far as the performance goes, it's far better than the other ROM's, same goes for the battery timings. I'd say it's PRETTY good, as compared to the other ROM's, and much lighter.

Is there a way to get Swipe unlock and then pattern? I have enabled Pattern lock but whenever I unlock the device it just goes right to the Pattern. I'm on AOSP ROM BTW.

i updated my nexus via OTA update to 4.2.1 few days back
n feeling bit lagness as 4.1.2 was super smooth n m getting battery drain on 4.2.1
so i have factory reset my phone 2 days ago n now m getting very gud battery timing n plus lagness is no more.
for those who are facing lag can factory reset their phone once to fix it.
please note that my phone is completely stock no root etc

It was on 4.1.2 Official OS

It boots up-to the GOOGLE logo - sometimes event he X logo... and then gets stuck for 10-20 secs... and then goes dead.

Removing the battery for 2 mins and repalcing it causes the above condition to repeat!!!

I m having a problem with play store.
It is showing very little number of apps/games...
I mean when i scroll to list of "top paid games" there are only and only 10 games in the list. And same is the case with free games n apps etc.
If i search fr an app/game, i do find it there and no problem in downloading also, but the list...... is irritating me.
Im using 200 dpi, so i set it back to 240, clear market data....
But problem persists...
Any suggestions???
