My Suggestion is to buy a Galaxy Nexus if you aren't too big on a 5MP camera and no SD card thing.

Your device will be among the first to get updated by Google officially.

if u want to buy a new phone then u can get xperia p for 25k
if u slightly increase ur budget u can buy a new galaxy nexus in 32k to 33k
under 30k u can get following used phones:galaxy s 2,galaxy nexus and xperia s
i have personally used xperia s and using galaxy nexus i
i would sugest u to buy galaxy nexus as it have 720p screen and running latest 4.2 jellybean

galaxy S2 camera have great camera with full HD video recording but galaxy also have great camera dont go on the megapixels
i used xperia S ,its 12mp camera really sucks,among all three phone S2 have best camera

Never really found a better icon pack then MIUI X4 and Suave.
Search the theme section on xda, if you find something good then post a link here too.

Also try out the new Primo Launcher, its similar to apex.

Not by searching online but some tool or anything that gives me infor.

I need to know whats inside

CPU, Memory, Space etc etc.
