I had a similiar issue where my payment wouldnt work on aliexpress, try to delete your card and remake it.
It worked for me that way, might work the same for you too! - PS, make sure your on PK googleplay, with pricing in PKR.

Deleting cards has no effect on your Easypaisa account balance.
Make a new one, add it to your account and buy the app.

Card is just a gateway linked to your account.
Its the most safest way to protect your account in case u lose info as well

Like I told you my issue, it didnt accept on AliExpress, deleting and making another did the trick.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
