The gif you keep quoting is for Ultra textures.
On our 'slightly under ultra' optimised settings configuration, an 11-year-old CPU paired with a seven-year-old GPU can deliver a locked 1080p60.
Locked 60fps means exactly what its supposed to
Using a completely different scenario to spin the current gen consoles performing at the same 60fps level as an 11 years/7 years old PC config isn't the gotcha you think it is
