60 fps+ only matter for fast paced or first person shooter (FPS) games.
The difference between 60 and 120 fps is not noticeable in games like Diablo 4 that does not have a lot of motion.
Diablo 4 supports 4k 60fps on consoles which is more than enough fps for a slower arpg.
The 60 fps cap on consoles was the choice of devs rather than any limitation of the hardware.
