ok guys, so i stumbled upon this VERY awesome anime on some other forums and thought to share it with u guys...

The initial glimpse of upcoming gothic lolita vampire anime Dance in the Vampire Bund has finally been revealed, with Media Factory releasing a promotional teaser of the upcoming anime:

The supernatural thriller is an adaptation of the loli vampire manga by Nozomu Tamaki; the anime version will be by Shaft, with direction by eccentric director Akiyuki Shinbo.
Attention is being paid to how the more extreme elements of the survive the transition to anime…

Yes this show was totally under the radar, but very awesome indeed.

Shaft have their hands full this season pretty much, and the lead VA is going to be Aoi Yuuki, a new young girl who played Murasaki in "Kurenai".

well the female protagonist is Mina Tepes, princess ruler of all the vampires and the male protagonist is Akira Kaburagi, who is a werewolf but lives in the human world and is also the personal bodyguard/servant of Mina...but they do care for one another very much as well, so much as to sacrifice themselves for eachother

and before anyone makes fun of the title, "The Bund" is a place Mina plans to make, off the coast of Japan, for her vampire subjects, so the two races (humans and vamps) can live together

but as the vampires come into the human world, the extreme ones get to their mischief and well Mina and Akira get to work to restore peace and balance...

sorry for the double post, but as no one had posted, i had to do it!

anywho, this anime has started to air people! since yesterday (7th Jan) and i have already seen the first episode...it was kinda ok but cant really judge a book by its cover (i mean literally its only the first episode)...the story at the start was kinda like a traditional vampire movie, like young females being murdered and the people associating it with vampires and the media making a fun out of it....oops! you guys just go watch it! i'll post a link to the first episode!

dude Vampire Bund ... was AWESOME! I cant wait for the next episode, the manga was totally praise worthy and so far this is going really well.

yes definitely! the way the vampires were introduced was pretty thrilling! but the 'reveal of the true form' was kinda bogus...i mean a chameleon! they could've done better....but overall, awesomeness! plus, its meant for the 16+ age group, so loads of fan service! xD

@samms: dude, this is a new show; the mangas have been published since 2006 and are still on going, currently there are 7 volumes...
the anime started airing from the 7th of Jan 2010 and 3 out of the 12 proposed episodes have been released so far...and as far as the episode release is concerned, this particular site uploads an episode a week every Friday, check it out! ^_^

I have watched 4 episodes of it yet!!!
Itz an ok anime (no offense AMAR) not so good not so bad but the last episode was kinda interesting telling us more about the character of the princess kinda KEWL so will continue watchin!!!!!!!
