cybernet issue of webtv on ebravo.pk

i m using cybernet internet services for couple of years.Their entertainment portal is "ebravo.pk".I have web tv issue in "ebravo.pk".Some years back there were fewer channels and quality was not that good But the channels dont buffer or lag at all.But from last 1,2 months they increased the number of channels and also quality is significantly improved...nearly HD quality.But now the problem is that the channels are lagging,buffering,picture jumps occurs.So viewing experience is becoming bad.And the channels are unwatchable. Do any guys of cybernet have same issues in web tv section of "ebravo.pk" or not.Plz tell and try to help me.thanks

Why not contact cybernet customer service ? Have u tried it ? People here on pakgamers mostly don’t have cybernet connections

can you please share webtv url. there is no any webtv navigation showing. i am using national broadband. btw what is the download rate from ebravo. when i download movies it downloads at bandwidth of 50Mbps however i have 10Mbps. but softwares and games are being downloaded at 10Mbps
