Custom Made Acrylic Flame Fan Grill.

Salams guys today it was ma last exam so as i came baq from school i took d dremel and started makin a custom acrylic fan grill. The result wasnt 100% as i expected bcoz firstly i was tired, secondly it was jus a test so see how it goes n thirdly i only had a 4mm acylic sheet so cuttin dat was damn difficult but still i was glad to see d results.
So here are d pics give me ur comments n suggestions

You painted the acrylic black?

Not a bad effort for a first time attempt. The edges are still very shaky... but im sure you can work on that.

Well ya bro i painted it mate black den i sprayed some clear coat on it for d shine. Ya d edges arent dat gud as i said it was jus a try and i was so tired that i even hurt ma self wid d dremel, i hit d cutter on ma hand and nw it is really hurting

its main use is to cover d fan and avoid any injury but nw it has become a part of case moddin so its nw used for lookin gud

looking GREAT for a first attempt ali....but yaar rounded banate na... i like the work a lot the flame is good...but fan grills are meant to be ROUND and with 4 screw holes...

shajeel bhai i didnt know wat i was doin i jus got a piece of paper and den i draw a flame and cutted d acrylic in dat design jus to see if it works. and can u tell me which designs u talkin abt.? da ones like laser cut ones. if dat is d case den i wud do it afta some days.not nw coz i hav got a 4mm acrylic which is really thick for dis, wen i get somethin like 2mm or even 1mm den i wud do dose designs. thanx

so guys nw i posted this ones pics as it was a test n after Peshawar's situation gets a bit better i m gona go n buy some new acrylic. So wat u guys want me to do. I got d idea abt some of ma mistakes but still u can tell me. And ya tell me d designs i shud do. Shajeel bhai has already talked wid me abt some of them but still i m gona talk wid him, and gib me oda suggestions.
