the only problem is that the burnout isnt being done by criterion and medal of honor is meh. can you name a good game coming out in q4 ? how about q3 ?

so what if a different team is making it, they're using most of the same resources and a change can also mean for the better, as for MoH those games still have a huge audiance too.. undoubtedly..

as for games, like i said before, games are being announced for the ps2 even now, expect more games announced between here and E for all.

err.. no i said that more games are being announced every now and then, for a current list you should check the IGN release date revision articles, plenty of games still but more will obviously be announced..

i dont know how credible this is but i read on ps3forums that some midway guy said on a blog that there are atleast 2 major franchise sequels still coming for the ps2

like i said, refer to the IGN list for the games currently announced, plenty of titles comin' my way. And again, more titles will obviously be announced .. you know that too..

fact remains.. current gen gaming, with the ps2 atleast, is nowhere near dead.

@chandoo there are only few titles on which PS2 holds his last breath other wise see IGN There are games still to come till 2008. but not all are good.
AND I MY SELF ADMIT THIS FACT.

aray yaar thats what i've been trying to say, there are a few good titles now but more are being announced as well. Like i've said before 2 months ago no one knew that there was going to be another burnout or medal of honor game on the PS2.

exactly, well said... if what i think you said what you said..

people thought that after the ps3's launch sony and third parties would abandon ps2 in favor of the ps3. Sony's still got one hell of an ace up its sleave (aka god of war 2) and third parties sure as hell aint leaving because of the radical ps2 sales. Its STILL the highest selling home console on a monthly basis in almost all the regions of the world.

With sales like that no developer would be dumb enough to turn a blind eye to the ps2.
