How are these websites working without being taken down or any action being taken ?

They are providing pirated and cracked, full working direct download links for latest games.

a person is openly giving out his/her information, running a huge piracy network and living in us without any repercussions at all..

How can piracy this blatant even exist ? Its like you would use dark web for other illegal activities, but these sites are the first 2 pages of google result.

I feel so stupid and enraged by encouraging piracy-free Pakgamers, removing torrent/pirating links from here when all we needed to do was start running a online "rainbow center" for all the money and traffic in the world -

I remember PG got into trouble over it with google a few years back when people were rampantly linking download links. I doubt these websites get away with it.

yar 1400 rank globally for that one website alone..I am guessing the days for this service is numbered..and once authorities take notice, she (and people like her) should understand that the authorities will come after them...the same way they went after torrent websites.

When there are websites like piratebay running fine while others are being taken down day by day then you realize that there is something more to it than what meets the eye.

but like it or not, non-pirated gaming is not affordable for at least 70% of the gamers in a third-world country like Pakistan. The current generation of gaming is the perfect example for you. you barely get to see activity on pakgamers regarding latest game discussions like it used to be from 2010 till late 2015... Although a lot of old active members have moved on to other things but this factor has also a played a major role. It sometimes gets difficult to afford a single game in weeks even for a working person.

Yes, These NON-Steam ( cracked/ pirated ) games websites should be blocked.
There is another network too which is known as DoDear ( i think its in karachi ), they also have tons of pirated stuff on their portal too.

I really feel bad about it when someone builds a PC worth $500-1000 in pakistan ( surprisingly ) and downloads a game from torrent. I mean how can you do this.
Infact now there are alots of ways to get a original ( steam/uplay/origin ) games locally from Facebook page and tons of payment methods are available too. ( easy paisa, bank transfer n stuff ).

Despite of all these, if someone who owns a decent Gaming Rig plays a game from Torrent/Crack, should feel shame on his/her self.

Another main issue with the pirated games are, specially in their crack, they are binded with RAT ( Remote Admin Tool ) and these RATs are encrypted with paid service encrypters in which no antivirus detects the RAT and in results they steal data/info and have a complete access of your computer.

Par sadly humari awam ko yh nhi pta.

Look at PTCL ( Pak Gaming Lounge ), they are still promoting Pirated COD4 and on top of that they have download links ( pirated ones ) on their official website too.
I don't think there is an easy way to stop this stupidity.

i myself cannot afford to buy an expensive pc and then buy video games .so I myself instead bought Xbox one s .i buy original games from Xbox store whenever I can depending on my wallet . That is what we all should do . Piracy is a disease also our religion doesnot allow it .it amounts to stealing

Qainan Masood That s why people go for pirated DVD's (refereing to PC games only) avalible at multimedia stores which are avalible for less than 500. Athough there is no guarantee whether that dvd will run or not.

Qainan Masood if economic situation of our country get improved and value of dollar decreases then games can be bought on cheaper rates.Like in india tekken 7 was much cheaper compared to that in USA at launch. Currently Tekken 7 price in pakistan is around 5500 while in india its price is around 3500.

Hamd Rasheed Sheikh When you steal a lambo, someone will be short a lambo. But nobody loses anything if people pirate games in our rubbish economy since if they didn't, they wouldn't buy the game anyway. The opportunity cost of pirating in Pakistan is almost zero in most cases. Only a handful of kids would grow up playing games without piracy. Your "stealing" logic is ill-founded.

Game developers are real people. Hunderds and thousands of livelihoods are dependent on selling one single game. Those pirated copies are literally taking food off table of people who work in the industry. Developers are "short" of a product that they made by working tirelessly and spending blood, sweat and tears. Studios have closed down, people's social and financial lifes have been destroyed due to our "small" piracy.

If someone commits frauds online or robs you on gunpoint, you are "short" of the money or item you had..online because it isnt physical doesnt change anyting. Nearly 93% of world's wealth exists outside of physical cash/coins...Ask your parents how would they feel if someone takes the money they have in the bank, because by commiting piracy we are doing EXACTLY that.

Now this "only a handful of kids" ..again what are you on about?

Humble bundle, deals, waiting, borrowing, used games, etc..there are 100 legal ways to get games. There are AAA F2P games all over the place. From Star Citizen to Dota are basically free. Thousands of sales and deals gives you games for cents. Each one of us has steam library full of games we haven't played due to time.

When i was a student i used to only pirate games because:
* I am a PC gamer and in Pakistan there was no way to buy a game even if you wanted to until steam and other digital delivery services really took off around 2007.
* I couldn't afford spending 5000-6000 Rs per game.

Now for the past 10 or so years i only BUY games and never pirate. Have over 300 games in steam, lots in origin/uplay and my backlog goes to 100s of games (games i have bought but not yet played) but i still regularly spends tens of thousands every big steam deal. Call it an addiction in itself
