Scenario B - Using a LAN Card with Windows Internet Connection Sharing – (ICS)
P.C. Setting

1. Make sure you can connect to Internet on your P.C.
   Connect your Xbox360 with your PC using the Ethernet Cable(You can use the cable provided with the console for this. It works for both type of connections)
2. Now on your P.C. right click the connection which you use to connect to the Internet.
3. Go to the Advanced Tab and Check “Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection”
4. Click OK
5. Connect to the Internet using this connection on your P.C.

:S i'm on win7 so procedure might be different, but method is somewhat similar and quite easy... it involves two steps

go to networking and sharing center > setup a new connection > connect to workplace > Use my internet connection to connect > type in address "blue.connect.net.pk" > enter username and password, leave domain field

now go to properties of ur newly made connection... go in networking tab and uncheck ipv6... go to security and select No Encryption in Data Encryption... go to options tab and uncheck Include Windows Domain name... go to sharing tab and enable sharing from there

sir, meine is ki cable apne LAN card me lagai hui hai. Then ab mere pass Motorola Surfboard SBV5120 cable modem hai, me is se sharing kar sakta hn using this surfboard.?

i don't think it would work coz connect uses a dialer, if there is an option to create one in your device then surely u can use sharing with it... dodear sites should work

Does Connect use PPPoE dialer like LinkDotNet? If yes, then the easiest way is to use a broadband router and use PPPoE as its WAN connection type.

Well my Lan also uses the PPoE so I put it in my Wifi router config setting dial it from there and connect it to the box. Simple as that. I think there is a PPP option in there as well.

hello, hlep me out, i created VPN, activated sharing, now i connect with my xbox with another LAN card, it shows limited connectivity. What to do, help me out. It is just like that Haathi nikal gaya hai Dom phans gayi hai.

just buy a ptcl connection for just 1200rs and you are good to go on xbox live
