COD4 on LIVE!

been playing the game on live for a while now but all i can do rite now is go into the live mode select find match and host a game my self!!!
how do i join into a game like the other matched players do wid mine?????

just stay there for a while and a list ll come up . dont host just wait for other players . it ll take a while but a list would come up . as u play more u ll improve ranks and it ll become easy for u to find match .
