Can Ps2 controller work in windows???

I wanna know can my ps2 contoller work on windows as i have seen on youtube there is a device that can convert it... Is it available in Pakistan???

I've seen such a device in electronic market Karachi. PS2 - PC USB Adapter, for around 400Rs or so. But that was 4 years ago. I don't know if they still sell it.

yeah it can, you can find usb converters in the market, but has very low compatability, just use a 360 controller, it can be used on EVERYTHING.

okay where can i buy that converter in lhr any ideas... and will it be compatible with GRID?
BTW i m also thinking of buying the 360 controller for pc so can u also tell me its exact price.

While the USB converter does work with GRID, though some buttons may not work

a PS3 controller can also be used with Windows now, although the wire needs to be connected (not wireless) ..

It Runs all the games with a joystick compatibility cuz it detects the controller as a usb gaming device

I am having the Usb converter . I found it from my steering wheel
