[MENTION=4999]Pleasant[/MENTION] I did it man. Made everything myself including tartar sauce and fries. It tasted so damn good that I couldn't believe I made something this delicious. This was hands down the best fish n' chips I have ever tasted, no exaggeration.
The fish was super crispy and most importantly, completely odorless. On the inside, it was very "khili khili" instead of soggy because I dried it completely before battering it.
The tartar sauce was epic. I used mayonnaise, chopped pickled cucumber, minced parsley, lemon and pepper.
The fries were also very crispy and golden brown. I made them in two shifts, lightly fried them first and then let them rest and then fried them at high heat to get the crispy perfection. Topped them off with salt and garlic powder.

I take taste very seriously and this is prolly the first time that I am totally satisfied with something I made myself.
