Cable TV Worldcall vs PTCL

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but can someone with experience of either one or both tell me which is better Worldcall(with and without box) or PTCL Smart TV in DHA Phase 7 Karachi.

I currently Delta Cable and the service is terrible with outages everyday(and that's not an exaggeration) but the channel list is kind of acceptable. I have almost stopped using TV by this point and use PC instead but my family who don't know much about tech need a reliable and easy to use Cable TV service with large enough channel list(90+ without regional channels with all major news and entertainment channels, OSN ones would be a large plus).

Since the wires of local cable operators don't come to our neighborhood, the few we talked to asked us to pay the entire cost of bringing the wire from the main source to the neighborhood and our house(3000-5000 just for wire) so try not to suggest those.

If there are any other big ones, please also mention them.

PTCL smart Tv is quite good with decent channels and good quality I used to have delta then I switched cause it was a pain!!.If your in Ph:7 then there must be a Ptcl exchange near Missri Shah's Mazar Near Nishat Commercial so you can go there and check out they have it on display !
There is another alternative that you get keep your local cable and install a satellite dish so you will be get some awesome channels but is expensive !!

Does PTCL Smart TV require a separate box for each TV?

I can tell you about Worldcall television cable...they have 3 cable tv services.

1. Regular analog 90 some odd channels.......includes cnn, bbc, hbo, axn, wb, some sports channels, inhouse indian movie and english movie channels.

The majority are local channels though which a lot people don't like. If they put on any good channel...they then bump it up to the digital service so people will subscribe to it.

2. Digital service (with set-top box with remote) which comes with 60 extra channels......The Digital Service is not very good either. Most of the time, half the channels are not working (or don't show up). Those that do, are the same extra indian drama channels, Virtual University, Business Plus, etc. You will also get 10 or so english channels which sometimes work and sometimes don't. You have to keep re-tuning the box they give you to get all the channels.

3. Vod service (with set-top box with remote)...video on demand......setup cost for this service is expensive....most of movies shown are latest...you can also call them up to order some movies for you and they will put them in the lineup...but there are a lot of old movies there as well.
