Hello
I would like to buy a smartphone for about 25 maximum
Which one would advise you who has a good camera, good battrie, screen 1080p, 32gb internal & 3gb ram minimum?
I think of the galaxy note 4 ....

I think Google Nexus 5x is a good option. Latest android version, great camera, decent battery life and screen, has a fingerprint scanner, good performer and so on. But it has 2gb ram.
Note 4 is a good option too but you won't get any latest updates and it almost outdated technology. But it still is a beast, nonetheless. contender. Keeping your suggestions, you can't go wrong with note 4.
In 25k, you could get an oppo/huawei or any other phone.
I would advise you to consider Xiaomi too. Best of luck!
