I know passion and money are the same things when it comes to business.
Now i see you have also few sources for opening Restaurant, also you're confident about it. You should hire some random guy for cheque counter/ I recommend someone from your family. The one you think is trust worthy to work on your side! Like the other big Restaurants do with their franchises.
Just sit at their houses/offices and just get cheques cheques cheques!!

I think even 50 lac is less for starting a restaurant. Start something like koyoto gaming lounge.

I think you should start an academic institute. Many students of O'level require good education so you can hire some good teachers and it will be a very profitable business.
NOTE:
Almost every one requires education. You should open it up in a building where there are good schools nearby.

You can just buy a single floor In a building and it doesn't have to be very large. Just get some teachers for different subjects and keep a sharing ratio. You should ask them to give you 30% of their total income. It would be a great business.

You know mate, Kyoto Lounge is offering franchise right? You can pay them for the license and the amount you pay they will handle all the setting up and PCs and all technical details and stuff. So in 20 to 30 lac you will have a functional gaming lounge WITH a restaurant in it <-- So both ends are served.

Well i have in my mind was to open a cafe get a decent place have espresso, cappuccino tea stuff e.t.c with burgers ,cake bar be q maybe its all just i my head right now. In December i will be serving will see what experience i get about this business.

A very good idea for a resturant. Lahore is best place to get in for Resturants. Try to make a unique decorations for the resturant. U know the inner Decorations really attrract the people, then keep the Food good and hygenic, to stick ur customers permanently. Then slowly will be get a good bunch of crowd.
