As for ubit morning admission concern you have to pass test by 50 marks then u r eligable afterwards top 120 will be selected on the basis of the inter percentage.
Evening criteria is 60%t test + 40% inter .

But I asked from many people who are studying in UBIT and they told me the admission criteria is 40% inter and 60% test in BOTH morning and evening. God, don't know what the hell is going on. NED jesa scene hai ke test pass karlo phir toh merit pe bhi milna hai jo milna hai.

Why not Bahria? I am applying for CS and I have heard that you can change your field after 1st semester or 1st year. BUKC's environment is good, also.

In morning its same as Ned but in evening its 60 40 .
