any hope to get admission in Comsats ( campus doesnot matters)

Computer Science is Research based.
Software Engineering is Development based.

Computer Science is more valuable than Software Engineering. Unbelievable, right ? but it's true.

Now deciding from where to get it is your call.

CS and SE are pretty much same in beginning, it all boils down to whether you want to keep your domain limited to software development or not.
If you know that you are gonna stick to programming, which leads to Software Development, SQA, SRE, then go for Software Engineering. If you have uncertainties of whether or not you will be able to have good programming and software develpment skills, go for CS. Because CS encircles a lot of other fields as well. For example, if you had bad programming skills, you would be able to go for Networking, Systems or Databases. SE covers these as well, but only to an extent, like introductory level (According to my teachers). Its your choice really.
Source: I am a SE undergrad student currently in my 4th semester.

Is comsats that bad? I plan on studying in the Islamabad campus because from what I heard it's good. By the way I'm starting this year.

Gender Discrimination , Incompetent teachers no facilities. CS doesnt even have final year project lab. No encouragement for learning new technologies at all. Project committee actively pushes old methodologies and whoever doesnt follow will not get marks in FYP. This is just tip of ice berg.

if you are interested in Software developing .. which most people are in the initial stage.. but after 1st semester they think we got stuck in hell hole.. otherwise go for CS.. PS: CS also isnt that easy.. #Maths Calculus will F*** u ... got personal experience in it i.e. informing u
