my sister needs to get her alevels and olevels certifactes reissued as she lost them... where is the british council as i think it closed and reopened or whatever... i tried google but some mobile number comes up or whatever... give me some info on that please as i might have to get mine reissued as well...

You have to fill this form and deposit the total money in SCB. i lost my Olevel certificate and i had to pay 10k for certifying statement :/
Your sister must have anyone of these, driving license/passport/from B in English
