Well, here 680 and 970 have complains. 560Ti is long gen gone.

Actually Game is really in bad condition. i suggest guys not to play games until patches and updates comes. teh whole experience will go into trash.
Well i installed steam, reinstalled the game, and it worked at least. Lowered resolution, lowered all settings, played for around 15 mins with visuals of 1990s, then game crashed and im looking forward not to play it for now.

So how much should i budget for a decent built?

What I recommend you guys do is keep the textures on "High" rather than "Extra". This Solved the problem of frequent spikes in game with fps jumping from 140 to 80 or 20 and back up. "Extra" is pretty broken as far as I can tell.

Also, the Vram and Memory use seems to be a memory leak problem which I hope is one and gets fixed in the next update.

Other than that, bugs like server not available when starting the game, or blue screen while switching between games are all minor issues which should be rectified in the next update.

i assume you are on tighter budget.

aim for i5 2nd 2500K would be better and 8GB DDR3 plus r7 370 or 950. would do just fine for medium settings. in case you can arrange more cash better to get 280x BEAST Card in its price.

THIS.

This is the biggest problem with the game. During my gameplay, the game would try the surpass even 8GB of RAM.

I am not going to play this POS port, not until they fix this memory leak problem. Not to mention, COD:Ghosts had exactly the same problem.

Game runs fine everything maxed out @ 4K on 980 Ti with 45-50 fps ... until it starts stuttering like hell, even 40ish FPS throughout the game which I can see seems possible while playing a bit of campaign and co-op campaign with some folks, apparently it works great on 970 but having issues with 980 Ti and other cards.
I'll run another test while keeping my eye and logging the memory usage of it, I have 32GB of RAM in my system so I shouldn't be worried on that part but I'd definitely be interested to know how much VRAM is taking next time I launch the game.

As for now, like abobobilly and nafu said .. it's best to stay away from the game until it's fixed otherwise it trashes your experience which is exactly what I'm feeling like. I mean .. I don't want to add another 980 Ti in SLI for Call of Duty ffs. Anyways, I'll check more and report back with results when I get a chance.

Oh and ozmanb, just so you know that silly bug for not being able to find server is an easy fix. Following this helped me, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8DddbmJiFo - but that doesn't change the fact that it still needs to be rectified. I'm glad I didn't order Digital Deluxe Edition of this shit like AW last year. Such waste of money, much wow.

P.S. Editing settings while in-game doesn't seem to help either, I was like having 40ish fps in campaign last night and I edited some settings and it made it worse, I changed it back to original settings and it didn't go back to 40ish fps as it was originaly giving me so it's fair to say like nafu said the game has many little issues that are killing the experience for you. Good thing I'm not super hyped about CoD at all and have yet to finish MGS V anyway but I hope it doesn't turn out like Arkham Knight for me and totally kills the experience to never even bother playing it again.

Wow Chhowni
Why are big game devs starting to release games that are so glitchy? Huh!
PC platform is taken for granted nowadays. Especially with franchises like CoD and Fifa whose major target audience are console gamers. Says a lot about devs priorities when games are 'ported' over to the PC.

I assumed that since the PS4 and X1 were x86 architectures, it would be a lot easier for devs to port to the PC and vice-versa. However what seems to be a trend is that the game gets out, and then it's ported to PC then its fixed with patches in the next year. The only good port I saw was GTA V, and even that took more than a bloody year. AC: Unity, Arkham Knight are all prime examples AAA shitty ports and now COD:BO3 joins that growing list too. I am hoping that AC: Syndicate, Rise of the Tombraider and Fallout 4 will be exceptions.

if we are moving towards more and more popular trash across platforms that make billions for companies, I'm happy with all the barriers and exclusivity because at least that brings some pressure to create good stuff.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
