the only thing i like more than playing battlefield 2 is playing battlefield 2 online...guys i tell u its the most awesome experience ever...ppl all around the globe...and u can kick some serious butt!!...any other bf2 online players here? i have been awarded:

the purple heart

the first aid badge

the aviator badge

the airborne badge


and now the shocker ....my stats are not being updated ...anyhow its so far the best online fps experience...team work, dedication, concentration...its war!!! guys you've got to try this game online now we have servers in china too very little lag, in my case no lag at all...

Hey. I'm really interested in playing this BF2 online. Do i need to buy an original copy? And how fast should my net connection be? I'm in lahore and would be really thankful if you could let me know what connection you have. thanks.

Original copy, meaning original CD Key.

256kb connection should be good enough.

There is NO WAY you can crack that game, the CD Key is checked every time you join and due to the latest patches you can't even use them on unranked servers.

I play on Australian servers, gamearena and they give me a 140ping.

wow thats great guys. I kinda loved BF2 when i used to play the single player. The artilery system and remote bombs were fantastic. Didnt like the sniper rifle that much though.

Sniper is awesome, shoot the dudes on the HEAD! Doesn't work so good in single player, bots suck anyway .

if u have the old version u will have no key problem...if u update the game to 1.4 then u wont be able to play it online and u will get the invalid key message when joining a server...heck i am gonna buy a original copy of this game soon...it rocks

YEah but if you don't have the latest patch you can't play on ranked servers, and plus all servers now are on the latest patch (1.4), you will only find a few servers on 1.0.

Yeah people who has original game they still enjoy this game i think this game was the basic and COD4 teach well from bf2 !

Old topic but BF2 freaking rocks! I used to play that a lot until COD4 came out but I still go back to it sometimes. Both games are equally good to me.
