better suggestions to avoid fraud on pg

after reading this fraud http://www.pakgamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=181307 i have some better ideas to avoid fraud people on pg

here these are

1 verify all the reputable users and more often buyers sellers on pg with their a signed copy civil id card... now you might say he could send someone's else civil id copy, No its not possible if it verified by admin on Skype to Skype video call

2 limit the purchase and selling price according to pg score or ratings let's say seller having pg score of 100 limit him on 10k he could sell or buy within the 10k (if seller and buyer violate this rule then admins won't be responsible or helpful )

3 verification score system it will be like when seller verify his personal details he can gain a number of scores and limit increase with special seal

4 return & advance shipping policy
if buyer demands advance shipping your could ask personal details address copy of civil id card signed phone number of his and his abu amy etc


hope some gonna like my suggestions and if you want someone modifications then you are welcome let's have a more secure environment on PG

Dear Bro its great u have taken initiative ( once again like others ) but the method u presented is not practical. And about the scam or fraud u just mentioned is still one sided....also plz noted it takes sometimes years to reach out 20 tradescore and people are here are always in rush. No doubt scams are there but its hardly 10% of the total but its always there no matter what. So i say whatever is going on is just great

All these points are still not fraud-free... Only one possibility in my understanding to avoid all frauds will be to
*...create a middle trustable party (like paypal).. buyer sends his money to that party.. party keeps money till buyer gives him green signal the product reached in good shape, party hands over money to the seller...*
Party can keep its little commission for its service.
And happy ever after...
Rest of all "rules" are bullcrap

I think these all suggestion are not applicable. If you say hire a third person then this is also a problem for third person to set charges and buyer and seller dont want to hire third person because of money. This thread will also closed with no proposed solution as before thread also. Just deal with your local members thats just the solution. PG is not a selling website, we all people should keep in mind its. Mostly people have no ethics. no matter how hard you make rule they always find a way to cheat you.

I heard these suggestion before these end up with hiring 3rd person but let me know how many people hire third person?????? But undoubtedly PG is a safe place as compared to other because if any scam happen, administration help the user besides there is no benefit of P.G. We should not blame the system instead of we should be careful. thats the best solution.

This is not ebay, trade scores are not words of a higher entity. Pg gets nothing from its general buy n sell section. Imo do away with trade scores, its a user 2 user forum, let it run tht way. Whiners should be allowed to whine cuz it makes for good reading.

hey all ... thank u for considering this issue...
i have a suggestion too...
1 admin can select some trust able people in different cities.. u can call them pg-market team or whatever u want ... admin will have all the details of that person.. address , cell phone no, home ptcl, id card's copy.
if a person in future want a safe deal.. lets suppose he's in karachi.. he goes to the nearest pg-market member he will check the item he will call the buying party if needed... same will do the buying party.. he will also go to the pg-market member hand him the amount first if the deal is done...now pg staff have the item and the money.. money will be transferred pg-staff to pg staff same will happen to the item.. now here is the catch ... each safe deal will charge both parties lets suppose 250 each... that will be the donation to PG.. Hallelujah everyone happy ... still shipping will be on buyers risk.... u can modify the idea .. what do u guys say?

He's giving an idea of MiddleMan. It's being observed in MANY forums. And I've been thinking alot about this method.

People can offer their MiddleMan services. These MiddleMen would be picked by Admins themselves.

They can be MODS, Admins themselves (If they want to volunteer) or HIGHLY trusted people. They can charge their fees or can do it for free. It's upto buyers and sellers who they pick their middleman.

A pretty solid idea.

I didn't like op ideas seriously m not a shop owner I would not go that length to give my personal info for that amount though those people who sells in high quantity may be willing to share info but for me its not that significant i sell here n their stuff but pg doesn't guarantee that it will be sold on pg,
So whatever is going on i think that's best
Personally what every buyer should do is talk to the person who had already had deal with the seller and get some feedback on him that's the wisest thing i can think of...
