I have been ordering my books from READINGS - Largest Online Books Resource in Pakistan for quite some time now, it's all well and good. But I'd love to checkout a catalog myself. Where can I purchase genuine books in Karachi? I should mention that I'm not talking about Urdu novels or magazines; the catalog must be fresh and wide. I know there's Liberty Books, but I have heard they rip people off with their deliberately high prices.

- i don't understand what you mean by genuine, a book is a book!
- if you want to buy "original" books, then you have to pay a heavy prize, so you should not whine about liberty's high prices

:D

Yeah, I do mean "original" books. In other words, not those cheap pirated prints with faded type and horrible paper alignment and awful binding. Honestly, I just checked their online catalog and compared them with Readings; they are just bluntly ripping off on every book. I'm not "whining" per say, I'm just saying, if they are going to charge extra on the same book I could get for less, then what's the point of purchasing it from them? That's not the point of this thread, however. I wanted to ask if there are any other places I could check out that is not LibertyBooks.

I could provide proves right here if you so wish.
