As far as availability of the phone in Golden color is concerned, yes it is: in 32GB/ 3GB config, in 16GB/ 2GB config. I highly recommend you to get the phone from BeeGeek (formally known as iamextreme.net) in case of later configuration, otherwise HSN would do as well but beware they're not as reliable.

No lag in g3? U sure? Because all g3s i checked in the market and bought one was lagging. And it was very noticeable lag.

I bought it for 37000. Set and charger. But it was not getting ota updates. Maybe it was unlocked that's why. Flashed lollipop from market. Go for d855 model 32gb. Match imei no. There is an app on play store named "lg phone from". U can check phone's status through that. But I am not sure how reliable it is. Also check ota update. Mine was giving message"your phone is not registered" intead of showing lollipop update or no update available. Buy from some reliable shop.

I've used and owned M7 and Xperia Z2, both were awesome. But before buying Z2 I was willing to get HTC One M8 but sadly due to tight budget I got Xperia Z2 which was awesome to be very honest, loved the battery timing and no lag what so ever, I know sony has a bad market but for me products review, specs and built quality matters a lot. As for M8 I only used it for 2 week which in reality belong to to cousin. But I was stunned by it more then Xperia Z2. If I had more cash while buying a new phone I would directly bought M8 instead of Z2. But whats does is done and I'm happy what i've got now.

As for comparing G3 with Z2 in my opinion the built quality is Z2 is way superior and I'm not saying this because I own Z2 I'm just pointing out the fact here, G3 is indeed quite good choice since ive used that as well for couple of days. But if we compare Z2 and G3 then G3 is indeed a clear winner specs wise, bigger CPU, wireless charging, bigger screen.

So what ever you choose I my opinion both smartphones are great to be honest. And if I'd rank M8 , Z2 and G3. Then I would rank them as 1st M8, 2nd Z2 (only because of looks tbh) and on 3rd G3 (Since i didn't like the built quality, Oneplus One has far more superior Built Quality then G3).


Lastly if you are still confused between these three then get Oneplus One it's the best smartphone ive ever used, Z2, G3, M8 comes nowhere near it in my opinion.

OP ... go for G3 32Gb LTE 4G ... it got snap 805 2.7 ghz and adreno 420 (2t)

Went to check out Z2 and G3 and both looked nice but I liked G3 more so I'll get that.

Should I save 3-4K and get 16 GB + 2 GB RAM since I won't be running heavy games or tweaks or anything and if I ever need more space can always pop-in a microSD card ...

Or is it still better to spend 3-4K and get the 32 GB + 3 GB RAM??? Will I notice much difference in performance with 3 GB RAM instead of 2 GB???

Yeah planning to go with G3 as well but confused whether I should get the 16 GB variant or 32 GB variant.

Btw I've read a few reviews and people are complaining about lag and heating issues with G3 which is kind of deal breaker, what do you say?

I don't know what kind of lag people are talking about, but you can always flash custom ROMs - a luxury only mainstream brands enjoy. Heating? Well a few people on here suggested to get 32GB/3GB as it has no lag and screen ran smoother on videos etc whereas according to them 16GB/2GB had lag, so that's why was confirming.

I've a phone with 16GB/2GB config and I'm yet to see a moment when it has any delay in opening apps, let alone lag. People are just too fond of beastly specs. 3k isn't helluva difference, so it is a good reason to get the 3GB variant instead of 2GB, but it's no slouch either.

If 2GB of RAM can't handle such resolution, why would LG even make a variant with 2GB memory? Still, it's good to get the best you can afford.

It's hard to spot a repacked device, but a Korean phone must have this. Also, don't confuse Koreans with replica.

You can get a new LG G3, Xperia Z3 Compact or an HTC One M8 all for around 50k. Think about that when you look at people recommending a Z2.

Except for the M8 and maybe Z3s, every device running skinned version of Android lags no matter if it's Snapdragon 801 or 805.

I Was Using IPhone 4s with IOS 8.1 And it was fine though the opening of apps was slower while my nexus 5 was so snappier than the iphone.
