Best mobile phone between 15000-20000 ?

Nokia lumia 520 (loved its camera)

noir a10, a20 and a600

G5 and huawei

OS does not matter anymore, i like windows and android but can't tell which phone to buy
it NEEDS to have the best camera result in this price range (with less motion blur)

Lumia lacks a flash but i don't think that makes a lot of difference. Nokia makes solid phone from my experience so i am not hesitant to go with nokia. Spec wise the noir 20 is better but looks can be deceiving. my sister has a Noir a500 and its camera totally sucks in image quality.

Anyone around here who has used these phone or atleast one can tell me which to buy?

Factory Unlocked iPhone 4 can be had for around 20k.

Lumia 520 is a great choice if you aren't looking to install many apps and games on it. Much better than the Android offerings in this catagory.

BlackBerry Bold 9900 can also be had for around the same price

iphone 4 is old and is from APPLE.
everything apple makes is overpriced and gets forgotten in 5 months
i don't like blackberry, they make qwerty phones which i don't like

Galaxy S II/Xperia P/Galaxy Nexus. S II's kinda old, Xperia P's battery sucks and Galaxy Nexus has a shit camera and bad battery life but great dev support and an amazing screen! It's up to you to choose.

i sell used stuff but never buy
i have the money for nokia lumia but i need someone to tell me nokia lumia rocks

also, every phone 10k - 26k has a shitty led flash, makes the picture more blue than to give it life
i have owned a n79 and its carlzeiss lens was superb
going with lumia

p.s Qmobile also comes with chinese components like its glass and processor

I just bought an Sky vega Racer 850L for 20k. Almost brand new, no scratches nothing. I think tis the best phone i've used till now. Well atleast the screen is waaaaaaaay better than my Xperia Z. If you can find it in 20, go for it.

Go for lumia 520 its a great phone, has bad indoor image quality though

Lumia 520 has a very nice interface. and that's it. I got bored of it after half an hour of use. If you're not the playing-with-phone type of a guy and only want basic stuff and a decent camera, go for it.

that is exactly what i wanted to hear!
besides i believe windows 8 is simpler than android, and at the end of the day i need something simple
it also has microsoft word which is pretty cool
