Battlefield 3 crashing and freezing randomly

so here , I picked up a pirated copy of BF3

its crashing and freezing randomly

when it runs ,it runs good at 50-60 fps on ultra

I have updated driver to 285.62 and installed Dxfiles from the DVD !!

please help on it I will be buying legit if it gets working

i've already finished this game twice , once on easy once on hard, also have pirated copy.

your GPU: asus engtx460 directcu TOP is out of question mate

it is totally random last night I played for hours without an issue but now it is loading the mission :/

i have done two things .. one is that bcedit command and other is a USB stick assigned to readyboost .. and game ran fine till now ..

I have same problem also same gpu Asus 1gb Gtx460 directcu TOP

in many forums it stated that overclocked GPUs are having these issues with BF3 !! I underclocked the card aswell but same :/ tried BCDEDIT wali command no use
