It will be interesting to see what IK says now. Reports are coming in that Khattak has declined outright to resign from the KPK Assembly.

Regardless, this step coupled with Civil Disobedience means IK is serious when he says he will march to the Red Zone and onwards.

IMO this is their first logically correct decision, partially though. They should have resigned from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly too. Now they can legitimately ask for Nawaz's resignation. What's the point in keeping your seats when you want the Govt. to step down and a complete re-election? Also they themselves made the legitimacy of their seats questionable by declaring the Election Commission unfair.

They have a coalition Govt. there. It wont be easy for them to enforce this decision without taking their partners into confidence.

Marching towards Red Zone means Army interference and if i am not wrong neither Imran nor Nawaz want that.
