Are Vmart & Shophive Reliable ?

hi guys,
i m planning to buy a gaming mouse pad steelseries QcK+ from either of the site. vmart selling this Pad for Rs:2100 and Shophive selling it for Rs:2299 so just 200 rs difference. so before i order the mouse pad i wanted to know are both of these sites reliable ? and their stuff good too ?

Ive bought logitech stuff from vmart. its reliable and efficient but imo prices are 200-300 higher than market. proly reason being they deliver to your door.

Shopped many times from vmart its the best .. but shophive experience was bad for me because they delayed the product dispatch

And must add something , i bought X7 from vmart that worked out for me 7 Friggin years ... So if you worry about product Reliance then dont

Shophive is realiable but damn expensive ALWAYS.

Bought a HD from Vmart with extended warranty , the HD turned faulty after 1st boot ,claiming warranty was hectic but eventually i got the new one after 6 days , the support was good but i wasn't satisfied about waiting for 6 days:/
