Achievents to members are given on their specfic contributions ,for more details about achivemnts PM out MOD DESOLATOR
And your RIG shows the parts of hardware in your system..you can enter that by going to your USER CP and then select EDIT OPTIONS ,go below the page u will find the spaces there..just enter the required data and press SAVE button

one last question..........when i created my account i uploaded a picture as my dp..........but its not showing........its a Pakistani flag pic............u can see it if u click on my username!!!! what's up wid that???

Add your pic by going to EDIT AVATOR, in your account customize settings. That should solve your problem!
