Anyone planning to go to EVO 2012?

Its a Trap!
Its happening on July 6-8.

In Las Vegas, USA.

Entry is for $50 just for spectating.
Each game fee is in the link in OP.

You will need to book plane tickets accordingly. The biggest problem would be getting a US Visa if you don't already have one.

Hotel room can be split with other people who go.

We're not going for playing seriously like Micro went. I'll be moving to USA for my Postgrad so I thought I'd go a bit earlier than required and attend EVO. I'll still take part in MvC3 and SFxT for shits and giggles, but I'm going mostly for the live spectating experience and to get the pros to sign my arcade stick

Alan wake 2 is yet to recover it's development costs. Due to no physical release and no steam launch.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
