Any shop in Karachi that can root Android tablet

So I bought a used Lenovo tablet from a shop here in Karachi in March this year. Actually I ordered it online and they guy told me that tablet is in good condition and has come from USA. Just a few days ago that tablet has practically stopped working. Bluetooth, Audio, Camera, Screenshot all functions are disabled. Factory reset doesn't help either. It seems that it is infected with some kind of malware. Upon enquiry someone on online forum told me that this tablet may have been stolen so the owner has disabled it remotely once they found it.

When I try to take screenshot then it says "Taking screenshots isn't allowed by the app or your organization" so there is some weight to it that it is stolen.

Is there a way to fix it? I was thinking of rooting it and installing Android 11 (it comes with Android 11) so is there any shop in Karachi where they can do it?

Though you don't need root to fix the issue. You have to download the its firmware and reflash it. Or do FRP Unlock, Method is dependant on the make and model of the tablet!
